This Privacy Policy describes how 17669186 Canada Inc. ("SAYVA", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the SAYVA mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Phone number — used to create and verify your account.
• Photos — images of gas price signs, pump displays, or receipts that you submit through the App.
• Referral information — referral codes shared or received.

Information collected automatically

• Location data — your device's location is used to show nearby gas stations, associate submissions with stations, and provide map features. Location is collected when the App is in use.
• Device information — device model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and app version.
• Usage data — how you interact with the App, including screens visited, features used, submission history, and points activity.
• Ad interaction data — information about ads viewed or interacted with within the App.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account;
• Process gas price submissions and update the map;
• Manage the points system (earning, spending, and balance tracking);
• Show gas stations and prices near your location;
• Send push notifications about price changes at stations you subscribe to;
• Display advertisements and reward you with points for watching ads;
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the App;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service;
• Respond to your inquiries or support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect and process your data:

• Firebase (Google) — for authentication, analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration. Firebase may collect device identifiers, usage data, and crash logs. See Firebase Privacy.
• Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements. AdMob may collect device identifiers, ad interaction data, and location information to serve relevant ads. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Maps / Places — for map display and gas station data. See Google Privacy Policy.

These services have their own privacy policies and data practices. We encourage you to review them.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Aggregated data — gas price information you submit is shared with other users through the App's map. This data is not linked to your personal identity when displayed.
• Service providers — we share data with third-party services listed above to operate the App.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or government request.
• Safety — we may share information to protect the rights, safety, or property of SAYVA, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers — if SAYVA is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are required to retain it by law. Submitted gas price data may be retained in anonymized form to maintain the accuracy of the map.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information we hold;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
• Delete your account and associated personal data;
• Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the basis;
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. 9. Location Data

The App requests access to your device's location to provide core functionality (nearby stations, map features, and submission tagging). You can disable location access through your device settings at any time, but this may limit the App's functionality.

10. Advertising

The App displays ads through Google AdMob. You may see personalized ads based on your interests and activity, or non-personalized ads. You can adjust your ad preferences through your device's advertising settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

12. Applicable Law & US State Privacy Rights

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation in Canada.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

• Right to Know — you may request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and any third parties with whom it has been shared.
• Right to Delete — you may request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Correct — you may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing — we do not sell your personal information, nor do we share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

Data Breach Notification

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulatory authorities as required by PIPEDA, applicable provincial law, and US state breach notification laws.
